This ad campaign was developed for SVI, a company that partners with independent self-storage owners across North America. The campaign was featured in both digital and print magazines, targeting owners who were either considering retirement or seeking third-party management for their facilities.
Design Rationale
The primary goal was to present SVI as a trusted, professional, and approachable partner—offering owners flexible options to either step back from day-to-day operations or transition into retirement with confidence. The design focused on conveying stability, opportunity, and peace of mind, supported by a clean layout and confident, reassuring tone.
A modular design system was created to allow the main image to be swapped out each month, keeping the visuals fresh while maintaining consistent branding and structure. This flexibility allowed the campaign to highlight different imagery and messaging themes without requiring a full redesign. The modular approach ensured visual continuity across issues while maximizing efficiency and longevity.
